1. Start with Peter

Email: peter@digitalrevenue.com.au
Subject: Complaint
Phone: 1300 30 11 33
Post: PO Box 260, Hallam Victoria 3803

Please include your name and preferred contact details, the relevant business or project, what happened and when, any useful documents or screenshots, and the outcome you would like. Only include information needed to understand the concern.

2. What happens next

  1. We aim to acknowledge a complaint within two business days.
  2. Peter will review the information, may ask focused questions and will consider a fair resolution.
  3. We aim to provide a substantive response within 10 business days. If the matter is complex, we will explain why more time is needed and keep you updated.
  4. We will explain the outcome and any action we propose to take.

There is no fee to complain. You may use a representative or ask for a reasonable communication adjustment if that helps you participate.

3. Privacy, spam and information concerns

For a privacy concern, tell us what information or handling practice concerns you and what correction or outcome you seek. For unwanted marketing, you can use the unsubscribe option in the message or email Peter directly. Unsubscribe requests will be actioned as required by Australian spam law.

4. If we cannot resolve it

We hope to resolve concerns directly. If that does not happen, you may have the right to contact an external body appropriate to the issue:

  • Consumer Affairs Victoria for eligible consumer disputes in Victoria;
  • Office of the Australian Information Commissioner for privacy matters within its jurisdiction; or
  • Australian Communications and Media Authority for spam complaints.

These options do not limit any other legal rights or remedies available to you.

Australian Consumer LawOur complaints process operates in addition to—not instead of—rights and remedies that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
